Facilit8 is a database that has been developed specifically to meet the needs of our clients by assisting in the management of all activities associated with Injury and Workers' Compensation Claims Management. Facilit8 enables you as the employer to track and retain control of all data and records associated with your insurance claims to ensure that changes in insurer no longer means a loss or disruption to your data management.

 

Facilit8 is a proactive employer management tool which allows you to:

Capture and analyse data in relation to incidents that cause injury or harm;
Monitor costs and trends associated with a claim;
Have flexibility to calculate lost time and wages based on individual's roster specific to your work environment;
Record and maintain a complete list of all providers and other contacts who are involved in injury management and workers' compensation claims management;
Develop tailored reports to meet management reporting requirements on the current status and trends of claims;
Ensure all necessary people within the organisation understand the current status of each claim by providing an up-to-date system of recording case notes associated with each claim;
Record all claims including non workers' compensation claims, despite insurer and period of insurance; and
Enter claims data from your past and present insurers to track costs associated with claims.
